Customers statutory rights are not affected in any way by any of the terms listed below.
International orders are not being taken at this time.
1. All pre-designed items are subject to availability. Items will not be substituted without the customers consent.
2. Orders of pre-designed items received without payment cannot be processed.
3. Payment of commissioned items is not expected until the final design is agreed by the customer, but payment must be made in full before the items can be dispatched.
4. Once orders have been confirmed and dispatched, no alterations or cancellations can be accepted.
5. Postage and Packing is £2.50 to all UK addresses. All orders under £25 are sent First Class Signed For, orders over £25 are sent by Special Delivery so all deliveries are traceable and need to be signed for. I cannot be held responsible for parcels going lost once they are in Royal Mail's care but should the worse happen please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do everything I can to help.
6. Please allow up to 28 days from the time of order to delivery although I work hard to get things to you as soon as possible.
7. Every effort will be made to ensure that items arrive in perfect condition and any faulty items will be replaced or a full refund offered, once the faulty items have been returned within 14 days of receipt.
8. Everything is handmade and therefore slight imperfections and differences may occur with each item. However if a customer is not satisfied with their order a replacement or full refund will be offered, once the items have been returned in the condition they were sent and within 14 days of receipt.
9. I resuse my packaging as much as possible to keep costs down and help look after the environment so please don't worry if the outer packaging looks a little worn, I spend a lot of time and effort over your items so they will be well protected. If you want something gift wrapped or in new packaging please ask, I will do so at no extra cost.
